Website Construction Fees & Terms

The about, contact, any terms or conditions and site map pages are included free.
Future major updates and changes after website completion rate is $20.00/hr with a minimum of 1 hour/episode.
Any major changes once initial site was agreed on will incur additional charges of $20.00/hr.

The website construction fees and administration fee for one website can include additional websites as long as they are duplicate sites and all are included in the same hosting account and if there is a shopping cart they are all linked to the same shopping cart.
I will put one or more test sites together which will give you the general look of the site for approval.
The charges can change depending on additions and changes made once work begins.
 

If a shopping cart is wanted I must get approval on look of the shopping cart before proceeding with it.
And the shopping cart can only be setup once a hosting provider is obtained.
If no hosting account is obtained within 3 months of completion of the website and payment in full has been received then website will be placed on a CD or DVD and mailed to the client with the understanding that a shopping cart cannot be setup without being able to place site onto a server, then any fees paid toward a shopping cart will be refunded.

In the event I have to outsource any requested work the client is responsible for charges and would be notified in writing of this along with an estimate, then client must approve it before any outsourcing would be done.

At completion of the website once paid in full a copy of the website will be mailed to the client on either a CD or DVD along with all necessary information such as logins, passwords, urls etc.
50% of the total cost is not refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.

Website administration duties:
Responsible for maintaining the website.
Designing the website.
Generating and revising web pages.
Replying to user comments regarding the website.
Examining traffic through the site.
Ensuring website is available 24hrs.
Dealing with the hosting provider and any changes they make.
Repair any problems that may occur.
Provide user support.

Client or designated person is responsible for payment of:
Website name
Website hosting fees
Merchant Account if needed
Fee for obtaining a SSL
All charges for Credit card processing and gateway
Any paypal fees
Maintaining merchandise, shipping items and any fees associated with these.
